Who you are agreeing with

InHooked is operated by InHooked, a sole proprietorship registered in India (“InHooked”, “we”, “us”). Our registration and postal details are available on request at privacy@inhooked.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Who can use InHooked

You must be 18 or older to create an account. One person or one business, one account — accounts are not shared or transferred. If you sign up on behalf of a brand, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

What InHooked does, and what it does not do

We are a place where creators and brands find each other and agree work. We are not a party to any agreement between a creator and a brand. We do not handle the money that passes between them, we take no commission on it, and we do not guarantee that either side will pay, deliver, or behave well.

Verified numbers mean we read them from Instagram or YouTube rather than taking someone’s word for them. That is a statement about where a number came from — not a promise about anyone’s audience quality, results, or reliability.

Your content stays yours

Everything you put on InHooked — your profile, your work, your collaboration briefs, your messages — remains yours. We take no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the product: to store it, and to show it to the people you have chosen to show it to, including on your public page if you publish one.

You keep that permission only for as long as the content is on InHooked. Delete the content, or ask us to close your account, and it goes — apart from copies a brand was already sent, which it keeps, and records we are required to hold. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly which copies those are, and how and how long the rest takes.

What you may not do

• Post anything false about who you are, who you work for, or what you have done.
• Post anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or designed to harass someone.
• Use someone else’s photos, videos or writing as your own work.
• Use InHooked to spam people, scrape it, or resell access to it.
• Try to break, overload or work around the security of the service.

If you do any of these we may remove the content or close the account. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Connecting Instagram and YouTube

Connecting an account is optional and you can disconnect at any time. When you connect one, you agree to that platform’s own terms as well as these, and you confirm the account is yours. We ask for the narrowest access that lets us read your public numbers and your own posts — the Privacy Policy lists every field we read.

Paid plans

InHooked has a free plan. Paid plans are not yet available. When they are, the price, what is included, and how to cancel or get a refund will be stated before you are asked to pay, and these terms will be updated before the first payment is taken.

The service is provided as it is

We are an early product and we are honest about that. We work hard to keep InHooked running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for what a creator or a brand does with each other. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be given up.

Ending it

You can ask us to close your account at any time, for any reason or none, by emailing privacy@inhooked.com. We erase it — our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that covers and how long it takes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours, we will tell you at the email address on the account.

Changes, and the law that applies

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top; where the change is significant we will email you as well. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
